What to write to us about
Training and getting started. Planning to use Actual Vote in the next election? Tell us your state, county, and the method you’re leaning toward, and we’ll set up a training call. We can also connect you with a team near you.
Sending recordings without the app. If you recorded with your phone’s camera instead of the app, email us to arrange sending the videos — by email, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Raw videos are fine; the polling place, precinct, and date help if you have time to include them.
Volunteering or partnerships. Tell us your state and what you’d like to do — record poll tapes, lend professional skills, or connect a civic organization. Start with Get Involved if you haven’t.
Using the app. For setup or recording questions, check Using Actual Vote first; if you’re stuck, email us with your device type and what happened.
Election officials. If you administer elections and want to talk about anything we’ve published — or about making poll tape access easier in your jurisdiction — we’d genuinely like to hear from you. Our reports describe how cooperative offices have worked with us.
